Step One

Contact Us

Like every great journey it all starts with the first step. We'd like to take some time to get to know you, to hear your real estate goals, and plan how we'll work together to achieve those goals. We're not fans of the hard sale so you can expect no sales pressure and zero obligation to work together if our methods don't suit your needs.

Step Two


As soon as you're committed and ready to start we'll introduce you to a preferred lender of ours should you not already have one. Having bank approval for a mortgage is necessary as the approval letter is essential to every offer we submit since sellers want to know you're capable of financing the purchase of their home.

Step Three

House Hunting

We recommend Zillow and Redfin to search and monitor properties of your liking. You can visit open homes at your leisure or contact us for properties shown by appointment only. Once a home interests you, let us know and we'll contact the agent for offer details, obtain and review disclosures in preparation to help you write your best offer.

Step Four

Other Preparation

You'll receive our data-driven analysis which includes the latest comparable sales, disclosure review, neighboring listing and third party valuations for every property on you're interested in offering. By providing you with our experience and market data we want you to feel well-informed and confident in the purchase of your home.

Step Five

Offer Submission

We typically recommend at least 48 hours notice before an offer deadline to ensure we both have time to thoroughly review all property materials. Once the offer is ready, we send it out via DocuSign allowing you the flexibility to digitally sign from anywhere on the planet (with an internet connection).

Step Six

Escrow & Closing

It's common for there to be negotiations after an offer has been accepted. We'll manage those talks all while providing industrious representation throughout the escrow timeframe. We have one goal in mind: keeping your best interests front and center.
